• The country of origin requires the guest to quarantine himself upon returning from his stay;
• suspension of non-European flights;
• Guest country of origin Lockdown;
• Italian national or regional lockdown;
• Italy does not accept people from the customer's country of origin;
• the guest is infected to the virus and is in quarantine.
